The Mini Book Exhibition of Lion and Rabbit

I set up a mini book exhibition of lion and rabbit on our living room tatami. It was going to last for one month in celebration of our fifth anniversary. I revisited the stories and illustrations over and over again for the duration of the exhibition.    

I did yoga on our tatami all the time. So I moved these books to the sofa by the tatami before doing yoga. Then I moved them back to the tatami after yoga. It was a tranquil ceremony in the mornings. 

My husband’s vinyl record collection and turntable surrounded the books. So he played the vinyl records with these adorable companies in the afternoons and evenings. How a lovely corner of our place it was!

Today is the final day of our mini book exhibition of lion and rabbit. I am going to put the books back to the bookshelf. We are looking forward to reading the new titles of our collection of lion and rabbit next summer.
