【2005滿州】Helen馬麻的來信
【圖說】左邊是Helen馬麻，右邊是Judy阿嬤。
別看Helen馬麻是東方臉孔，但是她完全不會說任何一句中文，所以更不用說她的小孩了，完全是ABC小孩，英語溝通。
她的兩個壯丁--13歲的Jonathan和9歲的Joshua這次也一起到台灣來，參與我們的服事。這兩兄弟是我們的開心果，很有教養很乖巧的小孩，讓人打從心底喜愛！
小肋骨真的非常非常喜歡Helen馬麻～，她就是散發出一股讓人很安心很放心的媽媽味道。
整整八天的相處，我沒有看到任何一次她有「管教小孩」的舉動，甚至連用言語「小告誡」都沒有。（我真的有仔細觀察喔～）....
我想，有一部份原因是Jonathan和Joshua真的很乖巧，完全像個大人似的，全程參與我們的行程；另一部份，我真的很想知道---Helen馬麻是如何教養小孩的，可以這樣溫溫柔柔的、教導出這樣乖巧的小孩。
今天一大早進辦公室，收到這封E-mail，小肋骨的心被滿滿的甜蜜和溫暖給充滿。「to visit you are welcome to stay in our home anytime. OK」，啊～，這是一份怎麼樣的真心相待和友善！
呵呵～，忍不住要貼出這封mail給大家看囉，一起分享小肋骨所感受到的溫暖。（該馬賽克的地方已經打了馬賽克！）...哈哈，小肋骨在上一篇也有寫到：「會的，會有機會再相見的」。...沒想到Helen馬麻也是這樣認為的喔！...^_^*...真開心！
（我已經寫了落落長的英文信回給她囉～，還附加了22張我們美麗的滿州回憶！）

I hope you are doing well.
I saw JoJo at church last Sunday and he brought us pictures you gave him to bring to us.
I just wanted to thank you for the pictures.
I am so glad to have met you in Taiwan,we really enjoyed our trip there.
We had a wonderful time with our relatives and friends who live in Taiwan.
I hope we can see each other someday again.
If you ever want to come to Houston Texas, to visit you are welcome to stay in our home anytime.OK
I might come back to Taiwan next year to Manjho for the VGM summer camp.

I am trying to learn mandarin chinese for my next trip.
I speak cantonese but it is different but some words sound similar to Taiwanese and I can understand it.
I took a year of chinese at a church 14 years ago, so i can read and write simple words.
Well my dear friend.
