無力感

最近在工作上感到無力感,….

很多事, 礙於公司操作方式,綁手綁腳的,窒礙難行,

分工太細之下, 必須多請人,但做事效率卻沒有比較好,比較快,

眼看訂單日減 ,匯率又差,物料成本日益升高,明年是否又要開始減薪了?

大家紛紛揣測著,盤算著,…煩啊 ~~~

唯有收到客戶的讚美稍稍感到欣慰,成就感…..
